The "Key to the Future" Short Video Competition is the 2021 annual highlight event of the "Rule of Law Enlightenment" Programme organised by the Department of Justice.

• To strengthen the proper concepts of the rule of law for youths and in upholding the Department of Justice’s motto "Rule of Law and Justice for All"
• To promote the Department of Justice’s "Vision 2030 for Rule of Law" initiative
• To promote sustainable development of Hong Kong as a society underpinned by the rule of law

• Produce a short video of no more than 3 minutes, in Cantonese, Mandarin or English, to promote the proper understanding of rule of law concepts and share your thoughts on the future development of the rule of law. The video should include about 30 seconds on the vision of Hong Kong as a society underpinned by the rule of law.
• Submit a brief description of no more than 200 words explaining the key ideas or messages of the short video.
